Chief Joseph was a Nimipu Chief of unbounded greatness. One would not go wrong to take example from the heart and courage the Great Spirit blessed him with. It was whilst reading about Chief Joseph that I realised a yearn to be Native American. I thought then 'One needs a role model or a person to whom one can follow in their footsteps' Who better than Chief Joseph?
